David loves spending time in nature, hunting and fishing. While he enjoys hunting, he gets the most satisfaction in training his Brittany Spaniel “Clementine”. If only he could match her energy!
Chris Tweedy

6 years as Software Developer and Entrepreneur; 18 years in private legal practice, 25+ years in business and entrepreneurial activities, including for MCSG.
Biggest Professional Achievement(s)
Chris has enjoyed a diverse career starting as a software developer for national financial companies. From there, Chris became an attorney and practiced business and commercial law for many years with a successful law firm he co-founded, that included representing MCSG from its inception. Chris recently changed roles from general counsel of MCSG to President in 2022.
Fun Facts
Chris and his wife Kara have been married for 27 years and have three college and high school age children. They enjoy attending their school and athletic events and have been to more soccer games than they could ever count. Chris also attempts to play the guitar and enjoys traveling as often as possible.
Adventure
Chris loves to spend time in the mountains and is an avid skier and hiker. Although not a real runner, Chris has run 4 marathons and 15 half-marathons. Chris’s travel adventure goal is to one day travel to Mount Everest base camp.

Lisa held several technical positions in the Air Force along with numerous high-level senior enlisted positions, to include Commandant of a Non-Commissioned Officer Academy. She was recognized as a 2004 12 Outstanding Airman of the Year, one of the most prestigious awards in the US Air Force. After retiring from the Air Force, Lisa was part of the team instrumental in winning the Innovation, Integration and Information contract an unprecedented three times by an incumbent.
Fun Facts
Lisa has been married to Ron for 31 years. They have two phenomenal grown sons, who she recognizes as her greatest personal achievement. Her personal motto is to “leave things better than she found it.”
Adventure
Lisa is a “city” girl, born and raised in Chicago. She enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and attending sporting events. Lisa is extremely competitive, she will play any sport with a ball, but lately she finds enjoyment on the pickleball court.

Russ was a combat crew commander on alert when President George H.W. Bush ordered the stand down of 450 Minuteman II missiles ending the “Cold War” era. He served as a senior airlift operations officer deployed to Saudi Arabia during Operation Southern Watch earning a Southwest Asia Service Medal. While serving as a senior acquisition officer, Russ was recognized as the Rotary Stellar Award nominee by the Rotary National Award for Space Achievement Foundation and presented the United States flag flown aboard Space Shuttle Discover, STS-102, March 8th – 21st, 2001.
Fun Facts
Russ married his wife Evie in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They’ve been married for 28 years and have two grown children. As a family, they love traveling and eating spicy food!
Adventure
Russ loves a good competition. Just ask corporate employees how much he wanted to win the “Saran Wrap ball game” at the Christmas party. According to Russ, he is the best surfer and golfer in the world. He loves visiting his home state of Hawaii, watching 80’s movies, and spending time with his family.
