Tell us about your role at MCSG. I am one of 2 Senior Recruiters with the company who source and hire talent for our current and future contracts. Melissa Sloan, my counter-part, and I perform full lifecycle recruiting operations and are the first interaction potential candidates have with someone from our company. It is our responsibility, and one not taken lightly, to represent our company in a professional and genuine manner – we are their first impression.
