Contract: Information Technology Support Services (ITSS)
MCSG provides Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) that augment the Enterprise Services Center (ESC), FAA Logistics Center (AML), and the FAA Academy (AMA) with Information Technology (IT) professionals. These organizations are located at Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a teammate to SAIC, MCSG performs work as required to accomplish IT and related support services requirements of MMAC. The MMAC is an IT services provider to the DOT, the FAA, and many other federal agencies.
MCSG supports FAA/ESC/MMAC by providing C#, .ASP, and Java software development on the FAA/ESC Instrument Procedure Development System (IPDA) along with their Oracle eBusiness platform. We provide system administration on multiple server platforms as well as networks, IT systems security and help desk services to over 2000 ESC users. MCSG provides System Analysts, Information Engineers, Programmers, Web Developers and Database Administrators supporting various Oracle platforms on customer server virtualization efforts.
