MCSG knows that improving the world around us starts at home. That’s why we have partnered with great organizations who work toward making our communities a safer and better place. Royal Family Kids, a nationwide 501c(3) non-profit, focuses on confronting and ending child abuse in the foster care system. RFK has made a huge impact on the lives of physically, mentally, and sexually abused children through summer camps and mentoring clubs.
We encourage our employees to give back to their communities by awarding eight (8) hours of paid leave every year to be used for volunteering with the non-profit of their choice.
